Order Taking:

1. Online orders: Online orders will be filled and mailed on the business day that they are received if they are received before noon. Orders that come in after noon (CST), or in the evening, will be processed the following business day. Please note that this will also add a day to transit time via UPS and USPS. We encourage you to call or email us with any questions and/or specifications if you need your order expedited.

2. Phone orders: Phone orders will be filled and mailed on the business day that they are received if they are received before noon.

3. No weekend hours are currently available for the store. Please allow 1 extra day for orders placed on the weekend.

4. Orders placed after noon on a business day may/may not be sent out on the day of the order, depending on the volume of orders. We will make every attempt to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Orders will be shipped standard UPS ground unless otherwise specified. These prices apply to the continental United States only.

• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped 2day and charged a $25 surcharge additional to the shipping charge.
• International orders require verification of postage and will not be shipped until we receive a confirmatory email from the client accepting the quoted price.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any item in our store.

Attention Alaska and Hawaii:
All orders shipped UPS 2nd-Day Air at the rate listed above.

International Orders:
Some products may not be available in your country. Please contact us with the name of the products that you would like to purchase, the quantity, and the shipping method. We will verify product availability and shipping charges, email you back, and wait for a confirmatory email in return.
