I work hand-in-hand with our manager, Nicole Baird, in choosing the products carried at Beulah Land Nutritionals. I am involved daily with the research and selection of any supplements, enzymes, supplies, books and vitamins on
the shelves.

Education: As I have always had a passion for food, I pursued a degree in nutrition as my chosen career path. I received a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition from Eastern Illinois University and completed my Dietetic Internship at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Charleston, Illinois; and received my BS degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in Nutrition. Although I no longer have the time to see patients, I remain a licensed and registered dietitian, board certified in Metabolic Nutrition, an Associate in Enzyme Nutrition, and a certified Phlebotomist.

Executive Director of Caring Medical: I am also the CEO of Caring Medical & Rehabilitation Services. Although I enjoyed patient care very much, I am longer able to see patients due to my responsibilities with the running of the clinic. I am the chief financial officer, director of marketing, and work closely with the Caring Medical management team. I am in direct daily contact with Caring Medical’s team of qualified consultants, working on business development and management, accounting, web design and marketing. I oversee, edit, and write much of the Caring Medical’s multitude of written materials, including brochures, patient handouts, website materials, newsletters, and e-newsletters.

Television and Media: I am also a well-known speaker and writer on a variety of topics related to natural medicine and nutrition, having been a regular health expert on Total Living Network’s “Total Living with Jerry Rose,” providing weekly TV shows on a variety of health topics. Author: I am currently co-authoring "The Hauser Diet: A Fresh Look at Healthy Living" with Nicole Baird, Manager, Beulah Land Nutritionals. This forth coming book focuses on the importance of an individualized diet program for preventing and reversing disease, along with obtaining optimal health and fitness. Along with my husband, Dr. Ross Hauser, I co-authored a national best seller entitled "Prolo Your Pain Away!, Curing Chronic Pain with Prolotherapy" along with a four-book topical mini series of Prolotherapy books. We have also written a 900-page sports book that discusses the use of Prolotherapy for sports injuries, as well as other topics including nutrition, surgery, x-rays, cortisone shots, MRI’s and other aspects of sports medicine. Ministry: My husband and I co-founded Beulah Land Ministries which ran a Christian Missionary Clinic in rural southern Illinois from 1994 to 2005. This clinic provided medical services to those who could not afford them. We stopped the clinic in order to take the ministry in a different direction…perhaps offering training seminars for doctors who would like to learn Prolotherapy. This way we can benefit people from all over the world. We’ll see what the future holds.

Athlete: I am an avid athlete, having completed three 26-mile marathons, three Olympic Distance Duathlons, and a wide array of short races such as 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. I also enjoy weight-lifting, aerobics, and kayaking. I realize the importance of exercise for myself personally and have made it an active part of my life. I have had a big hand in helping Caring Medical Sports Medicine Center come to fruition with my Ironman husband Dr. Ross Hauser.
