2 capsules contain: Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol Succinate) 50IU, Calcium (as d-glucarate) 120mg, Calcium D-Glucarate 1000mg, I3C (Indole 3 Carbinol) 200mg, DIM(as Diindolylmethane) 100mg.
Natural Medicine Use: Beulah's Ultra DIM Plus contains DIM and I3C which may assist in estrogen metabolism. I3C is a naturally occuring compound found in cruciferous vegetables. Once digested, I3C converts to DIM. Beulah's Ultra DIM Plus has the added benefit of Calcium D Glucorate which may inhibit beta-glucuronidase (an enzyme found in certain bacteria that reside in the gut). Beulah's Ultra DIM Plus may also support detoxification.
