If taking Coumadin or other blood thinning medication, please consult your health care provider before taking this product.
Typical Daily Dosage: 2 capsules twice per day, or as needed, on an empty stomach. Increase as needed.
Bromelain comes from pineapple. It is a proteolytic enzyme (an enzyme that aid in digestion.) This enzyme helps reduce pain and accelerate the inflammatory healing response in joint conditions, sports injury, and after Prolotherapy.
